Job Description

• Assist Project Manager in monitoring project schedule and site progress
• Supervise Architectural and C&S works including structural, finishing, and coordination works
• Check drawings and issue RFI to consultants for any discrepancies
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth site operations
• Monitor concrete works, piling, and material deliveries including concrete lorry scheduling
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality compliance with specifications and QLASSIC requirements
• Attend weekly and coordination meetings with site team and subcontractors
• Prepare and manage site documentation such as RFI, site memos, progress reports, claims, and submissions
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Contract Departments to ensure approved materials and control wastage
• Liaise with M&E team to resolve interface and site issues
• Monitor defect rectification and manage back charges to subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO 9001 requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of site experience in Architectural and/or C&S works
• Fresh graduates / Junior candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in high-rise construction will be an added advantage
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Familiar with site documentation such as RFI, site memo, progress reports, and claims
• Good coordination and communication skills with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
