MR DIY International Hiring! Full Time Data Analyst, Inventory Planning Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst, Inventory Planning Executive to manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring product availability while minimizing inventory costs. This role is responsible for demand forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and inventory performance analysis to support efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast future demand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and other stakeholders to develop accurate demand plans.
• Monitor and adjust demand forecasts based on market conditions and promotional activities.
• Plan inventory replenishment by determining optimal order quantities and reorder points.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock analysis to maintain healthy inventory.
• Identify slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory, and recommend corrective actions.
• Track and analyze inventory performance metrics, including inventory turnover, fill rate, and stock accuracy.
• Develop and implement inventory optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce inventory costs.
• Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to align inventory levels with business and operational requirements.
• Support new product launches by planning inventory setup and ensuring stock availability.
• Prepare inventory reports and communicate inventory status, risks, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
