MVC Resources Hiring! Full Time Compensation and Benefit Manager (C-B) in Perak - Ricebowl

Partner with the Global Total Rewards team to administer, review, and optimize competitive base pay, incentive, equity, and health/welfare programs.

Ensure pay equity and alignment with corporate compensation philosophy across pay changes, promotions, and annual merit/bonus cycles.

Manage employee benefit programs, health initiatives, and statutory requirements; build strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Advise and coach management on compensation structures, career paths, and job family alignments.

Lead site HR Operations, including employee data integrity, Time & Attendance system maintenance, leave management, and reporting.

Partner closely with Payroll to ensure smooth pay processing for promotions and annual compensation updates.

Ensure full audit-readiness and compliance with local statutory regulations, labor departments, and internal HR policies.

Handle sensitive, confidential business and employee information with the highest level of discretion.

Directly manage and coach a team of assigned HR/Operations employees.

Collaborate with global HR partners to enhance systems, drive process improvements, and launch strategic cross-functional initiatives.
