We are seeking a dynamic, organised, and high-energy Part-Time Events Executive to assist in the coordination and execution of our corporate events, seminars, and community outreach programs. This role offers flexible working hours and is perfect for students or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event management, marketing, and corporate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Logistics Support: Assist in the setup, registration, and smooth execution of both physical and virtual events (seminars, workshops, and team functions).
• Guest & RSVP Management: Track event registrations, handle attendee inquiries, and manage confirmation lists prior to events.
• Vendor & Venue Coordination: Help liaise with external vendors (catering, logistics, AV support) to ensure everything is prepared according to schedule.
• On-Site Coordination: Act as a key point of contact during live events to manage crowd flow, coordinate schedules, and handle operational support.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Open to current polytechnic/university students, fresh graduates, or career switchers.
• Core Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people and managing crowds.
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle fast-paced environments.
• Basic proficiency in Zoom/MS Teams (for webinars) and Excel.
• Mindset: Proactive, reliable, and possessing a positive attitude.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
