Accounts Payable & Receivable

· Monitor vendor invoices, staff claims, and payments in a timely manner.

· Generate customer invoices for marine engineering, repair, or shipping services.

· Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.

Banking & Treasury

· Handle daily cash flow and bank reconciliations.

· Manage/monitor in managing foreign currency transactions (common in marine/shipping).

· Monitor payments to suppliers

Taxation & Compliance

· Ensure compliance with local taxation (SST, withholding tax, etc.).

· Prepare tax filings and submissions within deadlines.

· Maintain compliance with marine/shipping industry financial regulations.

Costing & Budgeting

· Manage/monitor in project/job costing for ship repair, dry-docking, and engineering works.

· Support management in budgeting and variance analysis.

· Prepare sales division by department & monitor it

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
