• Carry out daily inspection of demo/marketing machines within the assigned territory, arrival inspection, and new machine pre-delivery inspection (including equipment checking and cleaning), as well as machine handover and operator training.
• Complete inspection and handover records and upload them to the OLDP system.Forecast preventive maintenance needs for warranty customers, promote maintenance execution and collection of outstanding payments, and complete Maintenance Records for upload to OLDP.
• Warranty Service: Maintain 24-hour phone availability; respond to customer calls within 10 minutes; depart within 1 hour after fault notification; arrive on site within 4 hours; complete repair of minor faults within 24 hours.
• Out-of-Warranty Service: Conduct at least one monthly follow-up call with out-of-warranty customers and record customer updates. Respond promptly to breakdown requests and coordinate spare parts supply (contacting immediate superiors for urgent allocation when parts are not in stock).Confirm spare parts requirements and related charges (labor and mileage) with customers prior to repair. Ensure full recovery of service charges in accordance with company procedures; personal collection of payments is strictly prohibited. Achieve monthly spare parts sales targets.
• Spare Parts Sales: Cooperate with the Service Department and other company departments in promotional activities.
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or after-sales service is preferred;
• Willing and able to perform field service work and respond to emergency service calls when required;
• Strong customer communication skills with a high level of responsibility and professionalism.
