The essential job duties:

1. Process orders, quotation, ensure orders and invoice accuracy;

2. Perform customer service functions, answering questions or responding to inquiries;

3. Manage order delivery timeliness;

4. Update databases and customer records;

5. Expediting orders through internal liaison;

6. Organizing, collecting and filling sales order;

7. Support sales product team in the fulfilment and execution of their duties;

8. Monthly sales report or any reporting as requested;

9. Achieving sales target by discovering new sales prospects;

10. Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior when required;

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
