Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Management in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Prepare detailed project cost estimates, including material costs, labour costs (basic wages, overtime, allowances), plant and machinery, subcontractor costs, and other related project expenses for tendering and budgeting purposes.
• Monitor project costs, site progress, and work performance to ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and timeline.
• Prepare, evaluate, and submit progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts on time.
• Review subcontractor quotations, negotiate costs where necessary, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor subcontractor work progress and verify measurements and completed work for payment certification.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, contract documents, claims, correspondence, and project reports.
• Conduct site visits to verify work progress, site measurements, material usage, and variations.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Contract Manager, Project Manager, or Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates with strong knowledge are encouraged to apply).
• Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costing.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
