Responsibilities:

1. BIM Modelling & Coordination

· Develop and maintain BIM models for Trunking Systems, Cable Tray, Cable Ladder, Cable Trunking and Electrical MEP services.

· Coordinate BIM models with Architectural, Structural and other MEP disciplines.

· Perform clash detection using Navisworks and recommend practical solutions.

· Ensure BIM models comply with project specifications and client requirements.

2. Shop Drawing & Technical Support

· Prepare and update Shop Drawings, Coordination Drawings, Installation Drawings and As-Built Drawings.

· Review consultant drawings, specifications and BOQs.

· Support Project Engineers in technical coordination and design development.

· Prepare drawing submissions for consultant approval.

3. Project & Site Coordination

· Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, Consultants and Main Contractors.

· Update BIM models based on RFIs, site instructions and approved revisions.

· Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support throughout project execution.

· Assist in resolving design and installation issues during construction.

4. BIM Standards & Documentation

· Maintain BIM models in accordance with project BIM standards and company procedures.

· Ensure proper document control and version management of all BIM models and drawings.

· Prepare clash detection reports, coordination reports and drawing registers.

· Support implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) where required.

5. Collaboration

· Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Procurement and Project teams to support successful project delivery.

· Liaise with consultants, contractors and clients on drawing submissions, technical clarifications and BIM coordination matters.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management or equivalent.

· Minimum 2–5 years of BIM experience in MEP or construction projects.

· Experience in Electrical MEP coordination is preferred.

· Experience in Cable Tray or Cable Management Systems is an added advantage.

· Experience in Data Center or Industrial projects is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

· Autodesk Revit

· Navisworks

· AutoCAD

· Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360

· Microsoft Office

· MEP coordination workflows

· Shop drawing preparation

Soft Skills:

· Strong coordination and communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with high accuracy.

· Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Able to work independently and within project teams.

· Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in Data Center, Industrial or Commercial building projects.

· Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

· Knowledge of consultant submission processes and project documentation.

· Exposure to Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities is an added advantage.
