About Prestige Edge

Prestige Edge is a Singapore-based events and design company specializing in integrated event production, exhibition services, and 3D prop design & fabrication. Since 2009, we've helped brands break away from the ordinary — creating custom 3D props, displays, and signage for events, trade fairs, and advertising campaigns. Our in-house design studio combines creative vision with hands-on fabrication to bring bold ideas to life.

We're looking for a junior Admin & Marketing Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and marketing efforts. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience across both admin and marketing functions.

• Salary: SGD 2,000 – 2,400 per month
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid

What you'll do

• Handle general office administration, including filing, data entry, correspondence, and payroll.
• Handle tender submission for projects, including preparing and compiling required documentation.
• Support marketing by compiling and tidying up presentation slides.
• Help prepare marketing content, including social media posts and website updates.
• Support event coordination and on-the-ground logistics as needed
• Maintain accurate records and assist with basic reporting

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Image or video editing knowledge is an advantage but not required

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
