We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and customer service. If you enjoy meeting people, achieving sales targets, and guiding customers through their property ownership journey, we'd love to have you on our team.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiry, walk-in customers, and online leads professionally.
• Participate in sales launches, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
• Advise customers on property purchases, including loan and legal matters.
• Track sales progress to ensure timely closing and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate property handover and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Work independently while contributing effectively as a team player.
• Ensure show units are well maintained and presentable at all times.

Qualifications / Experience

• At least Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum Three (3) years of working experience in property sales and marketing, preferably within the property development industry.
• Able and willing to travel to the headquarters in Desa Petaling when required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of property-related statutory requirements and procedures is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
