Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement and strategic sourcing strategies to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiation, contract administration, purchase orders, and delivery coordination.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while identifying new sourcing opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favourable contract terms, and long-term value.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and procurement policies.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, finance, and project teams to support procurement requirements.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, process improvements, and procurement best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years of procurement experience, preferably within the telecommunications, data centre, engineering, infrastructure, construction, or other technical industries.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate and negotiate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and business partners.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and cost optimisation.
• Proven ability to manage the full procurement lifecycle, including supplier selection, contract administration, and procurement operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• IT procurement : 4 years (Preferred)
• dealing with China suppliers: 2 years (Required)
