Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end vessel operations, ensuring timely submission of all required port, customs, immigration, and regulatory documentation.
• Liaise with port authorities, terminals, and government agencies to ensure smooth vessel clearance and operations.
• Monitor vessel schedules, berth planning, and maintain accurate operational system updates and reports.
• Prepare and manage cargo and compliance documentation, including DG declarations, manifests, and stowage plans.
• Handle transshipment coordination, ensuring smooth container movement between ports and destinations.
• Manage container operations, including inventory control, utilization, repositioning, maintenance, and special equipment handling.
• Monitor damaged containers, coordinate claims, and follow up on recovery actions.
• Process operational and supplier invoices, including freight, trucking, stevedoring, and vessel-related costs.
• Support operational reporting, emergency response, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, any field.
• Pleasant personality with good people communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of working experience are welcome to apply
