The Early Intervention Program Teacher supports young children with developmental delays, learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing challenges, and other special needs through structured educational and therapeutic activities. The teacher works collaboratively with therapists, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to help children develop communication, social, behavioural, cognitive, motor, and self-help skills in a supportive learning environment.

Job Scopes:

• Evaluate and establish developmental objectives for each child.
• Design and facilitate instructional sessions tailored to each child's developmental objectives.
• Utilize systematic teaching techniques and personalized education plans (IEP).
• Create instructional materials, visual supports, sensory experiences, and classroom resources.
• Track and record children’s growth and uphold precise documentation.
• Hold regular updates with parents and offer guidance for home programs when necessary.
• Work closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and other specialists.
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Address classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and suitable intervention strategies.
• Engage in meetings, case discussions, training sessions, and professional growth activities.
• Adhere to center policies, child protection regulations, and confidentiality guidelines.
