The Role:

We're seeking ambitious and driven interns to help build the future of HaruPlate as AI & Automation Interns. In this role, you'll be a key part of our digital transformation efforts, responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent workflows using a low-code automation platform like n8n.

This is not a traditional AI role focused on building machine learning models from scratch. Instead, you'll be leveraging cutting-edge low-code platforms and pre-built AI models to create intelligent automations that connect various applications and streamline business processes.

You'll work directly with different teams across the company to understand their needs and create efficient, scalable solutions that save time and reduce manual effort.

Key Projects & Responsibilities:

Your internship will be focused on a few core projects that are critical to our growth.

• Integrated Sales-Marketing-Customer Service Chatbot: We believe this should have been done a long time ago. Seriously, what's taking so long? Oh well, let's build it!
• The Little Food School AI (LFS AI) Program: You'll be a part of a special, highly confidential project that is a first-of-its-kind phygital platform blending physical and digital experiences. If we tell you anymore, we'll have to silence you. =P
• Operational & Analytics Automation: You will take the lead on improving backend processes by building new workflows. Yup, maybe not super exciting, but fundamental to your learning journey.
• Documentation: You will be responsible for documenting the workflows you create for future reference and for the rest of the team. Once again, even more boring, but use AI to make this easier!

Who We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• A strong foundational understanding of programming logic, data structures, and APIs. While you won't be writing extensive code, a technical mindset is crucial.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make) is a significant advantage.
• Experience or comfort with concepts like webhooks, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
• Google Workspace stack (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Docs), but you'll have the freedom to explore and integrate other applications as needed.
