Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Plantation Manager to take full responsibility for managing the estate. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring the estate is run efficiently, sustainably and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of estate operations including fieldwork, harvesting, maintenance, infrastructure and estate facilities.
- Lead and supervise a team of field staff and workers to ensure productivity and discipline.
- Plan and execute annual programs for planting, fertilization, pest and disease control, and harvesting.
- Prepare budgets, manage costs, ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and sustainability standards (e.g., MSPO/RSPO, where applicable).
- Identify problems that arise and report to Superior.
- Any other tasks / objectives which may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant working experience in estate or plantation management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin or local dialects is an added advantage.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to work and live in plantation environment.
