Are you a hands-on tech who enjoys both building custom PCs and keeping a retail space running smoothly? At our Viva City Mega Mall branch, we need a versatile technician to handle everything from custom builds to on-site facility fixes.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble and configure custom PC builds per customer specs, including cable management, BIOS setup, OS installation, stress testing, and quality checks.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by clearly explaining repairs and managing turnaround expectations—aiming for positive Google reviews.

- Process warranty claims (in-house and RMA to principals), track status, and coordinate parts replacement.

- Advise customers on BrightCare or out-of-warranty service options.

- Maintain branch facilities: replace downlights, transformers, power supplies, and perform basic electrical upkeep.

- Keep POS systems, network equipment, and display units running reliably.

- Submit weekly reports to HQ covering completed jobs, pending items, warranty cases, and maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

- Experience in PC building, hardware repair, and basic electrical work.

- Good communication skills for customer interactions.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and track warranty progress.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
