• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with local occupational health and safety regulations and company HSE policies.
• Coordinate safety inductions and orientation programs for new employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness campaigns.
• Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare investigation reports with corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, permits, inspection reports, and training records.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including evacuation drills and emergency response training.
• Inspect fire protection systems, emergency equipment, and first aid facilities to ensure operational readiness.
• Support risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety requirements.
• Monitor contractor safety performance and compliance during on-site activities.
• Participate in internal and external HSE audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports, safety statistics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Promote employee engagement in safety programs and encourage hazard reporting.
• Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
