Job Title : Head of Engineering (Design Authority / Owner's Engineer)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced engineering professional to lead engineering design assurance and provide technical leadership on major EPCC/Design & Build projects.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered Professional Engineer with BEM or an equivalent professional engineering body.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong experience in design review, engineering assurance, and technical governance.
• Hands-on experience delivering EPCC or Design & Build projects.
• Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams across complex projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering standards, quality, safety, and project compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in infrastructure, transportation, aviation, energy, industrial, or large-scale engineering projects are encouraged to apply.
