Job Description:

As a Mechanical Engineer, you are required to be familiar with and be able to perform the following tasks, though the assignment of specific tasks at any given time may vary according to Company’s needs:

• To prepare Technical Reports/Proposal, Drawing, Scope of Works (BoQ), Project Documentations such as work or project schedule, T&C report, delivery report etc.;
• Highly experienced in HVAC system with knowledge in designing, installing, and maintaining complex HVAC systems and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects;
• To provide effective support for ongoing/upcoming project proposal, tender, BoQ and specifications related to your core job;
• To undertake Detailed Energy Audit tasks and submit the reports within the time frame given;
• When attending to facilities, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, maintaining, and optimising the infrastructure and equipment in buildings and other facilities;
• Checking work completed by contractors for compliance and safety;
• Designing and implementing safety standards for operations;
• Evaluating the efficiency of systems and equipment within a facility;
• To attend meetings, business preparations, site visit / surveys for projects and support Management on business development activities as required & Company related activities;
• To keep good records and filing of project documents, and work with team members to complete duties as needed, and to multitask as per needs of the Company;

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical engineering;
• 1-2 years’ of relevant working experience;
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, pumps, piping, and building services is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel and work on-site as required.
