Mandarin Customer Experience Executive
Work From Home (Remote)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Mandarin via live chat, email, and other online communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist users with account-related inquiries, platform navigation, and general service support.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex cases to the relevant team when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Support the daily operations of an online platform to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets while maintaining high service standards.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, reading, and written).
• Basic English communication skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Live Chat Support, or Customer Experience is preferred.
• Candidates with experience supporting online platforms, digital services, or interactive entertainment platforms are highly encouraged to apply.
• Must be willing to work Work From Home (WFH).
• Must own a personal computer or laptop suitable for work.
• Must have a stable and reliable internet connection.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity.
