Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-class support through prompting, supervision, and task scaffolding.
Assist students during transitions, routines, and non-academic periods (canteen, break,
assemblies).
Monitor task completion and support students with organizational skills.
Implement basic strategies from behavior or learning plans as directed by the Head of
SEN.
Provide regular progress updates to the SEN Department.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Education: Diploma in Education or a related field (Psychology, Child
Development).
Experience: Previous experience with SEN children is preferred; fresh graduates are
encouraged to apply.
Specific Skills: Strong communication, patience, and a willingness to undergo intensive
internal SEN training.
