Job Description

ConnectHub Media Pte. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Community Manager to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and engaging online communities, managing social media platforms, and strengthening relationships with customers while supporting the company's brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow online communities across social media platforms.
• Engage with customers and respond to inquiries.
• Create and schedule engaging content.
• Monitor community feedback and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on campaigns.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing social media or online communities is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media management tools.
• Eligible to work in Singapore.
