Core Responsibilities

• Dispensing Support: Assisting pharmacists with packing, labeling, and dispensing prescription medications.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, ordering medical supplies, and inspecting inventory to remove expired products.
• Customer Service: Greeting patients, answering routine inquiries, and referring more complex medication questions to the pharmacist.
• Upkeep of Pharmacy: Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the pharmacy on a daily basis.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: A Diploma in Pharmacy.
• Experience: Usually 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience im Community Pharmacy. We do provide on-the-job training.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a must work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)

License/Certification:

• Diploma in Pharmacy (Required)
