HR Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our growing dealership operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Human Resources and looking to gain hands-on exposure in recruitment, employee administration, payroll support, employee relations, and HR operations.

You will work closely with management and employees across Sales, Service, and Administrative departments to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop creative content & video scripts
• Shoot and edit engaging videos for social media
• Prepare marketing proposals and performance reports
• Manage and grow our social media platforms
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital marketing strategies

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma/Degree is an advantage)
• Fresh graduates with strong drive are welcome to apply
• Creative, confident, and well-presented
• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu is a bonus)
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar is an advantage
