Position: Video Editing Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $15 - $40/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and refine interview content related to video editing and post-production workflows.
• Assess technical execution, narrative structure, and creative choices in video editing materials.
• Provide detailed feedback on storytelling, pacing, and editing decisions to improve content quality.
• Evaluate and enhance AI-generated interview materials for authenticity and clarity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the accuracy of training data and evaluation protocols.
• Ensure audio synchronization, color correction, and motion graphics meet industry best practices.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of of professional video editing experience.
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut.
• Possess a strong grasp of storytelling, narrative structure, cutting, and pacing techniques.
• Have proven experience in audio editing and synchronization.
• Have a solid understanding of color correction, color grading, and motion graphics basics.
