Responsibilities:

• Schedules service appointments.
• Greeting customers and working with customers to determine their vehicle issues and problems, provide technical explanation and proceed with service work.
• Issuing Repair Order and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare estimation cost of repair works and explain to customers regarding the work done and cost of repair.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labour and parts, provided by the technicians. To prepare quotation to customers.
• To liaise with part controller.
• Organizing and maintaining files and records.

Requirement:

• A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication skills and able to interact with customers, mechanics and all levels in the organization.
• Self initiative at work, attention to detail, responsible, hardworking and responsive.
• Eager to delve into the intricacies of automotive systems and technologies.

Working Day: Monday - Saturday | 8.30am - 5.00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
