Full Time Account Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,000 in S A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD Seri Kembangan - Ricebowl

• Monitoring petty cash and the balance to be accurate, tally with the log book/record. At all the time the petty cash money must be keep by BM/BE.
• To advise and assist JMB or MC in the selection of contractors, suppliers,service providers etc. If required, to source for a third party consultants orspecialists should such scope of work are beyond MA’s expertise and the fees shall be borne by JMB or MC accordingly.
• Provide monthly management report and present during monthly committee meeting.
• Prepare the specification of items or job scopes for tenders or quotations for any upgrading works of the common area, purchasing of related items in relation to management office requirement in discharging duties, service providers related contract etc. as and when necessary or upon request by JMB or MC.
• Keeping and maintaining all statutory books as required by the Act.

- 1. Knowledge of Strata Management Act – Management/Account

2. Experience working in Condo/Apartment environment.

3. Practical experience with a variety of software applications.

4. Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills. 5.5 days week

Working days
Monday - Friday (9am - 5.30pm)
Saturday (9am - 1pm)
Sunday & PH (OFF)

Job Type: Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
