Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure and provide technical support for CCTV, Access Control, Time attendance, Video Management Systems (VMS), and related security systems.
• Configure and maintain TCP/IP networks, switches, routers, VLANs, VPNs and wireless devices.
• Install and configure IP cameras, NVRs, servers and client workstations.
• Perform software installation, system upgrades, backup and recovery.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues both remotely and on-site.
• Support customer system commissioning, testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor system performance and perform preventive maintenance.
• Prepare technical documentation, configuration records and service reports.
• Coordinate with project engineers, vendors and customers to resolve technical issues.
• Provide end-user training and technical guidance when required.
• Participate in after-sales technical support and standby support when necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in System Integration, Networking or Security Systems have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of:
• Windows Operating System
• Computer Hardware & Troubleshooting
• TCP/IP Networking
• LAN/WAN, VLAN
• Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, other related security system is an advantage.
• Possess good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel to customer sites when required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuantan (Kuantan, Kuantan)
