About the Company

A prestigious, world-renowned Japanese variety retail brand with a global presence. They are currently expanding their supply chain footprint in Malaysia with a brand-new, large-scale Distribution Center based in Pulau Indah, Selangor.

Roles & Responsibilities

・ Oversee all legal aspects of business and offer guidance and advise

・ Ensure company comply to compliance standards.

・ Draft and review legal contracts from each business partner

・ Risk management

・ Coordinate with government authorities on statutory audits, licenses and regulatory.

Requirements

At least Degree in Laws

Well versed in legal terminology and operations.

Experience drafting legal documents.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Industry : Warehouse/Distribution/Retail 

Location : Pulau Indah, Selangor 

Working Hours : 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
