Print product labels accurately according to the daily production schedule and approved specifications.

Ensure all product labels contain the correct product information, batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and other required details.

Verify label accuracy before printing and issuing them to the production team.

Coordinate with the Production Supervisor to ensure labels are prepared on time to avoid production delays.

Maintain proper records of printed labels and related documentation.

Monitor label stock and notify the relevant department when replenishment is required.

Assist in preparing and updating basic production records and reports.

Support administrative and documentation tasks for the Production Department.

Ensure production documents are properly filed and easily accessible.

Follow company safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements while carrying out daily duties.

Perform any other production clerical or administrative duties assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor.
