Your day-to-day:

• Perform the daily internal audit operational duties such as monitoring the correct standard operating procedures and ensuring the compliance based on the Company's policy including performing physical audit visit to multiple locations on a frequent basis, assisting in compiling audit findings and reports and etc.

• To ensure a well-planned internal audit system and coordinate with different stakeholders on all matters relating to internal audit.

• To prepare and ensure the accurate, timely completion of the periodic reports.

• To be part of the team in term of planning the workflow for continuous improvement.

• To undertake any other assignments or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.

You are ideal candidate because:

• Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Commerce or its equivalent.

• Preferably 1 to 2 years relevant experience. Applicant with lower or no prior relevant experience is possibly considered for Assistant vacancies.

• Proactive, meticulous, attention to detail, and strong analytical in numbers.

• Mature, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision, flexible, and a positive attitude.

• Good proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft programs.

• Able to manage multi tasks with the ability to prioritise tasks.

• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline and a flexibility to work on weekend/public holiday when required particularly during the Peak Seasons.

• Possess the flexibility to outstation when required.

• Possess own independent transport for work commuting.

Nice to have:

• Past working experience in a fast-paced working environment particularly one requiring monthly reportings and manage multiple deadlines that requiring strong adaptability & task prioritisation.

• Good interpersonal communication skills with a good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage as the role may require candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
