Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for inspecting, repairing, and testing Vivo smartphones

Accurately diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs or parts replacement

Handle front desk duties including job creation in the system, posting, payment collection, and customer service

Assist customers with after-sales issues and provide professional technical support

Maintain cleanliness and good condition of tools, equipment, and service area

Perform other related tasks assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:

No specific education requirement

Candidates with phone repair or customer service experience will be prioritized

No experience required, training will be provided

Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive

Patient, customer-focused, and assessed monthly on service satisfaction

Good communication skills and teamwork spirit

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
