Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Film Production, Digital Media, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, videography, video editing, digital marketing, advertising, media, or creative agency environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong creativity and an impressive portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent professional editing platforms.
• Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, or other design tools.
• Experience in motion graphics, colour grading, audio editing, live streaming production, drone footage, or 360-degree video is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific content requirements and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external parties.
• Able to receive creative direction and feedback constructively.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual storytelling.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous content creation, photography, and video editing work is required.
