• Responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple retail stores within a designated area or region.
• Provide guidance and support to store managers and their teams.
• Area managers prioritize customer service and ensure that stores provide a positive and engaging shopping experience.
• Serve as a liaison between upper management and store teams.
• Responsible for driving sales and achieving performance targets across their assigned stores.
• Responsible for inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, minimizing shrinkage, and ensuring accurate stock counts.
• Provide regular reports on store performance, market trends, and operational issues to senior management.
• Conduct an inspection of the outlets and then provide the evaluation report.
• Keep an eye on the manpower needs of the outlets and coordinate with the relevant departments to make up for any shortages.

Pay: RM2,794.02 - RM7,824.30 per month

Experience:

• Area Manager: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
