Job Description:

• Prepare Full Set of Accounts of the Joint Venture Company.
• To plan, review, implement, maintain financial accounting costing and billing systems, including development of effective financial policies and procedures.
• To prepare financial analysis, feasibility studies, forecasts and tax planning.
• Cash flow management and projections.
• To optimise the Company’s financial structure to ensure effective cost management and responsible for preparing aggressive cost management plan in competitive environment.
• Ensure the Company complies with all legal requirement and statutory compliance of all business transaction through liaison with management and legal advisors.
• Liaise with banker, auditor and tax agent.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting or finance related role.
• Experience in preparing full set of accounts.
• Experience in construction industry will be an advantage.
• Able to execute the tasks with minimum supervision.
• Confident and able to communicate well with different categories of staff, from rank and file to management.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work at Kuching, Sarawak.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
