Employment Details:

• Location: Kota Kinabalu
• Duration: 12 Month Contract (3 month probation)
• Working Hours: 6 days per week (2 Shift)
• (i) Monday - Saturday (10.00AM - 6.30PM)
• (ii) Monday - Friday + Sunday (1.30PM - 10.00PM)
• Start Date: Immediate Hiring

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive servicing and on-site inspections to ensure lockers remain in optimal condition
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware-related issues, including modem and connectivity problems, hinges, locking mechanisms and compartment malfunctions
• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep to keep lockers well-maintained and presentable
• Install required marketing collateriales (stickers, labels, signages) in accordance with deployment guidelines
• Perform operational troubleshooting to identify and resolve root cause of issues reported such as missing or lost parcels, double bookings or misrouted items
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Product, Tech and Operations to investigate underlying issues and drive timely resolutions
• Document all cases accurately, ensure follow-through, and close customer tickets within the requires SLA

Job Requirements

• Own transport and willing to travel within assigned area (preferably motorcycle)
• Comfortable using basic tools for on-site repair, maintenance and diagnostics
• Computer literate with the ability to prepare and submit daily reports
• Basic technical knowledge of hardware and electrical components is an advantage

Salary Package:

• Basic: RM2,500
• Performance Incentive: RM500 (tied to monthly KPI - 80 lockers/month; prorated if KPI not achieved)
• Statutory Benefits: Based on EA

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
