Job Descriptions

· Handle and maintain full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation.

· Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

· Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

· Maintain organized accounting records and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

· Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and other professional parties.

· Assist in corporate tax matters and statutory submissions.

· Assist management in preparing costing analysis and financial inputs for project tenders and quotations.

· Monitor project costs and maintain proper costing records.

· Manage and maintain company registrations with relevant authorities and platforms such as Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF), Government agencies, GLC vendor registration portals

· Ensure all vendor registrations and documentation remain valid and updated.

· Operate and maintain the company’s accounting software system.

· Assist management with financial analysis and reporting when required.

· Support internal controls and financial process improvements.

· Provide ad-hoc support as necessary and in line with business requirements.

Requirements

· Diploma /Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· Minimum 2–3 years working experience in accounting or finance role.

· Experience in handling full set of accounts is preferred.

· Familiar with accounting systems software.

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.

· Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

· Good communication skills to liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties.

· Experience in tender costing or government vendor registration is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
