1. Job Objective
- To ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications by performing inspections, measurements, and tests throughout the production process. The QC Inspector is responsible for identifying defects, reporting non-conformities, and supporting continuous improvement to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
2. Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect assembled products at various stages of the assembly process.
- Verify correct assembly sequence, alignment, fit and fastening according to work instructions and drawings.
- Check visual defects such as scratches, dents, loos components or missing parts.
- Record inspection results in checklist.
- Report non-conformances to the QC technician and assembly line leader immediately.
- Conduct FAI for new setups or model changes.
- Maintain 5S at workplace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
