Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the Group's treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, fund transfers, and cash commitments.
• Administer and monitor banking facilities, HDA accounts, financing applications, renewals, and tender-related financial documentation.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project financial performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with banking terms, financing covenants, annual banking reviews, and proper maintenance of banking documentation.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, in-house company secretaries, internal stakeholders, and regulators on financing and treasury matters.
• Drive continuous improvements in treasury processes, cash flow reporting, financing administration, and monitoring systems.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or senior financial position.
• Possess professional certifications such as ACCA/CPA/MIA or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and lead subordinates effectively.
• Proactive, responsible with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
