This role serves as the primary liaison between the test team and stakeholders, leading the end-to-end execution of large-scale test programs, framework designs, and cross-functional testing activities. The successful candidate will oversee defect tracking, perform root cause failure analyses, and collaborate closely with R&D and suppliers to drive corrective actions and process improvements. Additionally, they will provide factory-floor engineering support, manage test equipment maintenance and upgrades, and train technical staff to optimize manufacturing quality and cost efficiency

• University degree inelectrical /electronic/mechatronic engineering discipline
  
• Experience of thedesign and implementation of automated test systems, tool/jig for supportingtest.
  
• Experience creatingtests for a wide range of electronic and electro-mechanical devices.
  
• Minumum of 8–12+years ofexperience intest engineering.
  
• Experience insetting up of Programs / fixture setup and/or modify / improve test program andbe able make failure analysis (FA) report.
  
• Experiencedevelopingtestplans,teststrategies, and supporting documentation
