• Manage day‑to‑day manufacturing operation activities in the assigned production area or floor.
• Lead and develop a team of shift supervisors and operators (200‑300 personnel across two shifts and three teams).
• Forecast and secure resources to prevent supply‑chain disruptions, including WIP inventory, equipment and small parts.
• Monitor production workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure equipment uptime, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Allocate shop‑floor resources to optimize coverage and meet key performance indicators.
• Enforce shop‑floor discipline, including attendance, break times and approval of annual leave and overtime.
• Ensure operators are certified and trained on equipment, safety, and quality principles.
• Track production KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, yield, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and develop action plans.
• Develop production schedules to meet customer and business demand.
• Manage capacity planning and review target setting in collaboration with the Supplier Chain Management team.
• Partner with process engineering to assess, review, and deploy new procedures, instructions, improvements, and corrective actions, monitoring their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with maintenance and equipment teams to identify under‑performing equipment for restoration or modification.
• Coordinate with the quality department on issues such as SPC compliance, equipment red‑tag incidents, and customer complaints.

• Degree in Science or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing people, or at least 15 years in a supervisory role in a mass‑manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Proven leadership and people‑management skills.
