About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at the Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd in Sandakan, Sabah. As a full-time Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing transactions, and maintaining a tidy and organised retail environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and assisting customers in a warm and professional manner

2. Accurately processing sales transactions, handling cash, and reconciling tills

3. Maintaining a clean and well-organised checkout area

4. Providing advice and recommendations to customers on our products and services

5. Restocking and replenishing shelves as needed

6. Adhering to company policies and procedures

7. Collaborating with the wider retail team to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or cashier role

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service

3. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

4. Proficiency in handling cash and processing transactions

5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

6. A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the store

7. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
