About the role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at the Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd in Tawau, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and efficiently processing transactions at our busy retail location.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Accurately processing cash, credit, and debit transactions

3. Handling cash handling and balancing duties at the start and end of each shift

4. Maintaining a clean and organised checkout area

5. Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

6. Providing information about our products and services to customers

7. Adhering to all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional shopping experience

2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions

3. Basic math skills and experience with point-of-sale systems

4. Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment

5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills

6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

7. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
