About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Shop Coordinator to join our team at Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd' in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time Shop Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail store, contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

1.Overseeing the day-to-day management and coordination of the retail store

2.Ensuring excellent customer service by providing a welcoming and engaging shopping experience

3.Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, and replenishing inventory as needed

4.Handling cash and reconciling transactions

5.Assisting with merchandising, visual displays, and store presentation

6.Providing training and support to retail staff

7.Implementing and adhering to company policies and procedures

8.Collaborating with the management team to identify and implement improvements

What we're looking for

1.Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role

2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3.Excellent organisational and time management abilities

4.Proficiency in cash handling and inventory management

5.Proven customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

6.Ability to work well in a team and independently

7.Enthusiasm for creating a positive and engaging shopping environment

8.Able to communicate in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
