About the role

As an Area Manager at Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in overseeing and driving the performance of multiple retail locations across Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in operations management and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day oversight for a cluster of retail locations to ensure operational excellence

• Develop and implement plans to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across your assigned locations

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Store Managers to achieve their individual and collective targets

• Monitor key performance indicators and devise data-driven strategies to optimise store operations and staff productivity

• Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate inventory management, staff scheduling, and marketing initiatives

• Identify and address operational issues promptly, ensuring a seamless customer experience

• Collaborate with the regional leadership team to share best practices and contribute to the overall growth of the business

What we're looking for

• Substantial experience (3+ years) in a multi-site retail or hospitality management role

• Proven track record of driving sales, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment

• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders

• Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and marketing concepts

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support store operations
