– Handling all inbound/ outbound calls

– Provides accurate information on all general enquiries pertaining to the hotel

– Facilitate and ensure smooth delivery of guests’ requests

– Follow up on telephone faults

Requirements:

– Prior experience is not required

– Service Oriented

– Part time/ Full time applications are welcomed, flexible work arrangements available

– Individual should be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays in a 5-day work week
