Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the dining area.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
• Provide information about menu items and make recommendations when necessary.
• Assist with the preparation of dining areas and stocking of supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role in the F&B industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
