Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities with developers, building owners, facility managers, and contractors.
• Manage and expand existing customer accounts through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team for project coordination and solution customization.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Attend exhibitions, site meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Provide monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
• Experience in parking systems, automation, security, or access control industries is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and regionally if required.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
