Maxim Textile Technology Hiring! Full Time MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (FACILITY) in Johor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform electrical (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, repair and service aircond), plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing and painting work to maintain municipal buildings.

2. Move and relocate office furniture; make partition, adjustment to desks, chairs and files.

3. Oversee roof maintenance program; inspect condition of roofs; clean roof gutters and drains.

4. Oversee parking lot light program; install and repair lamps, ballasts and covers.

5. Repair locking systems on doors, files, cabinets and lockers.

6. Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed.

7. Oversee building maintenance contract and service work; process and contact out repair requests.

Job Duties:

• Prepare patrol report.
• Get signature from each HOD after finished the maintenance duties
• Prepare PR form to order material and spare-part

Minimum Education / Qualifications

DIPLOMA OR TVET CERTIFICATE IN ELECTRIC/ BUILDING FACILITIES MANAGEMENT IN LOCAL UNIVERSITY OR COLLEGE . PREFER WHO HAVE CHARGEMAN CERTIFICATE LEVEL A0 OR A1

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience

2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MAINTENANCE IN VARIETY MANUFACTURING/ BUILDING

Essential Knowledge / Skills

ABLE TO READ AND DRAW ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL SCHEMATIC DRAWING, ABLE TO REPORT IN ENGLISH & BAHASA MALAYSIA.
